Erich Schickling Stiftung
On the trail of transcendence outside liturgical music Following a long-standing tradition, music students, performers and teachers meet to reflect together on themes of music history, on the intellectual-historical and cross-arts backgrounds of what is sounding, on "transcendence" in word and music. The seminar takes place at the Erich-Schickling-Stiftung, an artistic meeting place in the Unterallgäu (near Ottobeuren), which is run by Ulrike Meyer, the former piano lecturer at the HfM Karlsruhe.

Introduction and performance with Manfred Kratzer, pianist and piano lecturer Concluding or further-reaching thoughts on the seminar Final improvisations with Günter Schwanghart (clarinet), Manfred Kratzer (piano) and the students on their instruments.
