Architecture

As expellees from their homeland, the forebears came to the Günz and, with a small wooden house, founded the nucleus of today's complex. From 1952 to 2010, the buildings on this side of the Günzbrücke and beyond it came into being step by step. Not only in his designs, but with his own hands and his own means, Erich Schickling built and planted a Mediterranean-seeming landscape of interior and exterior spaces.
