The Erich Schickling Stiftung
Coming down the road through the hamlet of Eggisried into the Günztal, you will see the white bell tower from afar, the landmark of the place. The road ends before the Günzbrücke, where Foundation visitors may park. Perhaps you will first be greeted by the free-roaming peacocks and pause at the sight of the Mediterranean-looking buildings and the park-like setting. Do take this plan to hand for orientation; it can also be found on site as a flyer.
The Erich Schickling Stiftung is reached on foot across the bridge to the west side of the Günz. For a visit to the exhibition rooms, registration is recommended! From the car park, the house chapel with its two stained glass windows may also be visited on your own, but with consideration for the residents.

Is there an admission fee for visiting the Foundation?
The outdoor area of the Foundation is accessible without admission. Entry is at your own risk and with consideration for the private residential areas.
Are there parking spaces at the Foundation?
The car park is intended solely for visits to the Foundation. It is a private car park and is not available as a car park for walkers. Exceptions are only possible in consultation with the Foundation management or the private owners.
Are dogs allowed on the Foundation grounds?
On the footpath and on the road, dogs are allowed if they are kept on a lead. In the exhibition rooms, in the house chapel and on the private residential grounds, dogs stay outside.
Is photography permitted on the grounds?
You are welcome to take photos to document your visit personally and as a keepsake. Before publishing the photos, we ask you to consult with us.
