For this event, let the introductory words from the Bad Wurzacher Gästezeitung (issue no. 23, 2022) be quoted. That is where this programme took place last year. It could not suit Eastertide better: "Here a person shares something from their life, and in the life of the person opposite, suffering is transformed into joy. Klezmer means "vessel of the song".

Günter Schwanghart (clarinet) and Josef Bichlmair (zither) are two such vessels of song. Filled with Jewish folk music, they let us – now in a minor key, now in a major – share in the life contained in their songs. Also taking part is Ms Christine Silla-Kiefer (selection of texts and recitation) as a vessel of words full of Jewish stories, full of joy in life, wit and depth."
